Our Mission

The Embodied Expression and Resilience Lab investigates how performance-based practices influence the nervous system, emotional regulation, and human resilience. Through interdisciplinary research that bridges theatre, neuroscience, and mental health, the lab develops evidence-based methods that translate embodied artistic training into practical tools for stress recovery, emotional wellbeing, and adaptive capacity in individuals and communities.
